Paid For Items And Good Still Not Arrive

I paid by PPPay on the 26th January 2005 and its now 3rd February 2006. I have written numbers of emails to this person(spunkycash) about the transcation id 71340 and on her descripton the post is special delivery which I know its next day service and I had stayed in specially to received this but nothing arrived. She wrote an email on the 30th January to say that she despatched the item and I have not yet received it. I Have tried to contacted her through her email (numbers of emails) to let her know and she has not replied to any of my emails to let me know the sitution. How can I get about getting a refund for this item?

do you have the dates right there? you've been waiting over a year for the goods?

if that is wrong and its this year, request her phone number from support first off, thats been lots of problems lately with bouncy emails

SpunkyCash has been suspended..... i do hope it wasn't a large amount....

Like tracey said, contact support@ebid.tv and ask for the phone number and contact him/her that way, also explain to support what has happened so they know. (but as they have their account on hold, you may not of been the only person to have been conned)
If it was a large amount, contact the police. Have they accepted the payment? If not, then after 30days you can claim the money back yourself.

Hmmm...... i cant understand why they would not of sent that item..... but then i dont know how much it is worth.

For something as little as £6 i dont see the point as they also went to extra trouble to make their listing known by using the 'Extra & Bold' features.
They also have +3 feedback, but not being able to check whether they have negative feedback from other buyers is a shame, as you could of contacted them and shared info on the seller....

Thanks Tara, I thought I was safe with the seller have +3 feedback but again its a gamble to take isn't it. To you £6.00 may not be anything but to me it is but I will contact the support team because if she didn't intend to sell this product then she shouldn't have listed them

It doesn't matter whether £6 is alot or not, 'tis the principle of the matter... s/he is a con artist. Imagine if she took £6 off 10 people.... thats £60 it all adds up in the long haul
