I paid by PPPay on the 26th January 2005 and its now 3rd February 2006. I have written numbers of emails to this person(spunkycash) about the transcation id 71340 and on her descripton the post is special delivery which I know its next day service and I had stayed in specially to received this but nothing arrived. She wrote an email on the 30th January to say that she despatched the item and I have not yet received it. I Have tried to contacted her through her email (numbers of emails) to let her know and she has not replied to any of my emails to let me know the sitution. How can I get about getting a refund for this item?
