help with paypal

please could you tell me how i set up my paypal account to send and receive payments with ebid as i really dont want to use ppppay i noticed on some auctions paypal is avaialable but how do i do it as im new to all this and i cant find it when i want it as apayment option when im starting an auction

It isn't offered as a payment option because paypal is owned by ebay.
However you can accept payment by it by stating that you do in your auction. Then when you sell something you can send the buyer a paypal invoice. Click on the 'request money' tab in paypal, then fill in the relevant boxes. When you put in the auction number, leave out the dashes, otherwise payapl will get confused.

HI IM NEW TO EBID TOO.I HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND IM SELLING 2 ITEMS AT THE MOMENT AND ASKED BUYERS TO PAY BY PAYPAL BY GIVING THEM MY EMAIL ADDRESS.THATS ALL YOU NEED TO DO I THINK.IF THIS IS NOT RIGHT PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

It's sometimes less hassle if you send them an invoice, as some people are too dippy to work out how to send money.
Probably something to do with the amount of boxes to fill in, most of which are unnecessary.
