Thread: No feedback choice for non paying bidders

    Unhappy No feedback choice for non paying bidders

    Well i guess i might be saying goodby to you all shortly as yet again i've been left neg feedback by a non paying bidder, I don't think they should have the option to leave feedback after all they have not payed for item, my latest one never even answered my emails and when i contacted ebid they gave me there telephone number which i called and i called the day after both times leaving a message and i got no replys.
    well obviously i left neg feedback only to get neg back, not only that they have stated i never answered there emails...i mean don't i want to make a sale.
    is there no way of saving ourselfs getting knocked of ebid by non paying bidders and scammers???????

    i do think sellers should have the option of removing feedback for nonpayers.
    But then think of the scammers, who would remove feedback to con more people??

    EBID will remove it- just email support with the details

    ebid has removed it, thats what i do like about ebid (there customer service and staff) thank you ebid

    I got two neutrals, one from an NPB, and one from someone who said I hadn't paid when I had paid several weeks before. The seller admitted her mistake, I asked her to remove the neutral and she never responded. I could have neutral'ed her in retaliation but just couldn't be bothered to be petty about it.

    I have had the feedback wording removed, but unfortunately am stuck with 2 neutrals against my record for things that were not my fault. Okay, so it's not too bad in the grand scheme of things, but still niggles me.

    ebid should follow in ebays footsteps and remove feedback under those cicumstannces - totally agree with you!!!
