I have just posted my first item on eBid and hope it will be the start of something good. I have been trading on eBay for a couple of years with 100% feedback but am finding it is becoming too expensive and that between eBay and Paypal I am being ripped off so let's see hoe eBid goes. I visit auctions and collectors fairs picking up mainly choine, porcelain, silver and small items of furniture plus any other items that might take my eye. I joined EBid last week as I find Ebay's charges very high. I have over 10,000 feedbacks on Ebay and do very well. However, I have listed items that I sell regularly but none are selling onEBid. Does anybody look at these auctions?

I know people LOOK at the auctions, Shirley, because my own auctions have registered a satisfying number of "hits". It is frustrating that none of those hits have resulted in bids so far, but give it time. I hope you won't give up on eBid too quickly. We need to persevere if we're going to be successful here. Let us know when you have made your first sale, it'll cheer us all up!
