    It took just 2 hours to get an email to say the refund was done, so its not a big problem.

    Bit strange that the email said the offer had expired and it was a PR mix up but gazza says its working fine?

    Anyhow great service and fast support indeed. Excellent If it were ebay I would be waiting another two days for the first automated responce.

    I've been upgraded to gold, but have been charged and the offer was for free membership.

    If you paid full price and believe you entered the coupon code correctly then please contact us via our helpdesk. If you do not receive a support ticket number by email it means we have not received your request for help.

    Default Free Gold Subscription Offer not yet

    Gazza, Can you help please. I'm still waiting for my £44.99 refund. I emailed the Support Team about the offer, was told to upgrade to Gold and pay the Subscription which would be refunded, then reply to their email as requested. So far no refund...
