    Too chunky.
    Too much white space.

    IMO.

    But before you can say
    "OK, smartypants, where's your design?"
    I made one.

Forgive the poor quality, I only took a couple of minutes to knock it together and the compression makes it look slightly fuzzy. I think you get the general Idea though.

done a logo based on your idea:

its a bit pixelated - just hope/wish that G&M could supply a higher resolution logo - ie bigger - so that the pixelation is not as noticable

Those look really cool. It's just a shame they are so big.

i do find it hard to do clean lines small size.
then theres the whole transparent background thing which i dont do well. Maybe png format would work better ? It has that raggy edge that until i know how to get rid of , just looks cra* lol The bigger they are the better they look. Useless for what they are for though. ay.

    transparent =

    non transparent jpegs =

think at the end of the day - when it comes to something so small maybe a plain text would work better .

    after all that. lol

    do ya toilet ?
i only use ulead photoimpact or microsoft picture it, I have tried all the photoshop n wotnot 100 times , it just is not right for me.
I prefer what i know. People laugh at my choice of art / photo programmes all the time but apart from the EXPERTS i dont see that many done much better with their chosen. Some peeps get very Snobbish about jasc and adobe programmes but i think if you find summat that works for you stick with it, if you dont then try summat new.
