my feedback tells me not to leave feedback fo seller

i had hoped to leave negative feedback for seller in my 1st ebid auction.(no laptop and very little chance of paypal refund-Don`t use paypal).however My feedback has instructions saying do not leave feedback for this seller.
does anyone know why this is?

Davstan53, contact support@ebid.tv stating what has happened you can also ask for the sellers phone number and registered address so if you want to contact the police regarding this matter then you will need this information to give to them.
But to your question, no i dont know why it says this i'm baffled!!

never seen that before,but if its who i think it is,looks like his account has been suspended or on hold,even though his name has not been struck off

I have what i think are his accurate details and have talked to him on the phone.42 days of excuses and promises and £2.01 refunded via a paypal complaint and i think you are right,it`s time to call the police.I will indeed talk to ebid.

You should still be able to leave feedback to warn others.

With the new rules of taking out the user completely - USER NOT FOUND - it makes it ridiculous as we can't check back to see what activity has occurred on their account.

I personally hate this new format - anybody agree?

I'm not keen on it.
Have G&M said why they've done it?
