no indian festivals as far as i know

maybe just a fluke
some neighbours found spare ones from nov 5th or whatever and let them off
i found some sparklers today lolunder the microwave

Dunno. We had loads go off around here a couple of days ago, and it's a 99.9% white area so can't see it being for an ethnic celebration. Around here it's usually the drug dealers letting the sad druggies know the new stocks have arrived.
