    I haven't bought one yet, though keep looking at them. Been dropping hints for one for Christmas.... No takers yet though!
    Understandable as they are expensive. If I don't get one for Crimbo I will definately buy one anyway, and I've done some homework on the recommended ones so I know the one I want. Will keep you posted.

    very true.... but could be a problem if I still have a tipple whilst glowing under my lamp.....pmsl, it may have some side effects!

    Boots are selling the SAD lamps (they look like one of those facial tanner type things).... they are £80

    I'm off to bed, I'm definitely a solar powered gal, energy is on looooooooo

    I am sure that there are various stockists for various types.

    However, if this condition has been medically recognised, some here may be able to get help on the NHS or via their GPs. Perhaps it's worth enquiring?

    I get really down from more or less when the clocks go back in October. One time (years ago) I rented a sunbed for the winter, worked a treat.

    This year, with everything else going on, I thought sod it, and went to the docs and got put on Amitriptyline for the winter instead, not working yet though :-(

    yeah, that's the one I wanted as it's easy to move around and I can just pop it on my desk.
    Hence why I dropped hints for a xmas pressie.....
