    Default Thanks EBID. No other site offers this service

    Today I raised two issues with EBID support- One on unjust feedback left on my account by a non payer- and a second to reclaim gallery fees on non paying bidder auctions.

    In both cases EBID asked for appropriate evidence to back up my claims- then quickly came to decisions based on the evidence provided. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of both issues. There is no other large auction or online sales site that would provide such a good service.

    personally i preffered it when they removed the feedback itself plus the neutral that you are now left with

    ***Feedback was removed by admin ****

    still leaves you with a neutral by your name

    can we not go back to the old system please,which deletes everything and does not leave you with a neutral

    Couldn't agree more.
    I have 4 of these "Neutral" FB's which began life as a retaliatory Neg FB from crap sellers. On one of them "Admin" changed it to neutral but left the comments! Where's the sense in that?

    well I have reported to ebid about a bidder who is also a shiller , within 20 minutes G&M have sorted it out .A BIG Thank you to ebid support
