Today I raised two issues with EBID support- One on unjust feedback left on my account by a non payer- and a second to reclaim gallery fees on non paying bidder auctions.
In both cases EBID asked for appropriate evidence to back up my claims- then quickly came to decisions based on the evidence provided. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of both issues. There is no other large auction or online sales site that would provide such a good service.
