Thread: Added featured instead of gallery

    Unhappy Added featured instead of gallery

    I have just used ebid lister (spread sheet) to upload auctions..
    as it was my first time using this i only uploaded 15 auctions (luckily)
    I wanted to make all auctions Gallery, but must have clicked Featured by mistake (on the listing template)
    I have emailed the helpdesk but i know they can take a while to get back to you
    Anyone know what the chances of changing to gallery without incurring the fees are???

    Hi,
    Support tend to be quite quick in answering questions, most of the time it's within the hour, sometimes as little as 30 mins.. I think if you seem a genuine person then they're quite flexible and helpful.. maybe, maybe not!

    Not sure wether to cancel the auctions or just sit tight

    Hi Olivia,

    Check if you have received an automatic email from support with a "ticket" number.

    If not you need to resend your email again.

    Many users have stated they have problems with this in that they send an email and get no ticket number responce. ebid on the other hand state that this doesnt happen.......

    From experience it does happen, so if you dont receive a ticket number within a few hours (as its automatic) resend.

    Once you get the ticket number it can take a day or so to get a personal responce.

    If you have not received a reply can you tell us you ticket ID.

    Please check your spam and junk email folders also.

    If you have not received one can you tell us the email address to which you sent your request.

    eBid recommends all users use the contact form within the eBid site for contacting us.

    Thanks for the replies
    Did not get a ticket number, so will email again using contact form

    The problems is not on this username
    I changed my username last year, but it wont let me log into the forums with that, only the older one (incase anyone is confused as olivia201102 has had no auctions running for a while!!)
