Changing postage after bids on dutch auctions

Postage has been changed to £99 after I bid on an auction (several days after).

Somebody else has also bid previously and noticed this.
Item details should not be allowed to be changed after bids have been placed.

What a scammer.

I wouldn't have thought the system would allow changes once bids had been placed!

That's what I thought, as I always check postage before bidding.
It may have been an oversight on my part, and I only noticed when somebody else questioned it.
