You have a link for the darkside on your auctions. Email support@ebid.tv and tell them that you will remove the link.Originally Posted by ChumpyLumpyNumpy

Surely if a buyer or seller has a strike through their name then they should not be able to use this site?? How are we to know who are genuine and who are not? If a strike through a name means nothing then why bother??
The strike through means account on hold- not the seller is banned. The help pages tell them what they need to do to get the hold removed from their account. Meanwhile they cannot log in to the main part of the site - only this forum.
If the seller complies with the guidance on the help pages then the hold would be lifted and their auctions (less any that were under question) would continue as normal. In other cases support would remove the auctions if required.
I've seen a variety of 'strikethrough' scenarios- some are minor things like multiple listing of the same item, or listing ebooks (not allowed on ebid), others are clearly scammers (like the guy currently copying over ebay listings). There have alos been occasions were strikethroughs were accidently triggered against reputable sellers. So the strikethrough does NOT always mean guilty!
If you think of the strikethrough as meaning the seller is under review- and don't bid on their auctions until such time as the strike (or the auctions!) are gone. You'll be fine. Be assured that the seller cannot add more auctions- or carry out any actions on the auction site until the strike is resolved.
Quote "How are we to know who are genuine and who are not? " You've said this on other threads; and my answer is - read the auction descriptions & check the feedback.
