Can eBid clarify why if a seller has their name presented in strikethrough font, which I am led to believe is a suspended user, they are still allowed to sell items? Why are these auctions not closed and removed?

By leaving these auctions open it exposes more people to the chance of becoming victims of fraud.

I think the auctions are left there as a warning to other scammers that dodgy auctions will not be tolerated.
It seems to be working too.

I haven't tried bidding on them, but I suppose any bids would be invalid.

my account was put on hold coz i received negative feedback (3, and from the same person) and i had to send a request to support so my account would let me bk on again. So i suppose even if they are 'crossed out' doesn't always mean they are bad sellers/buyers

It would appear I've been suspended whilst I've been on holiday, I've gone through my emails and there is nothing to say I have or why - I'm waiting for an answer from the helpdesk.
Anyone got any ideas??

I've been re-instate so I'll follow your advice and go through whats listed and amend.
I'd only put the web link on so people could see it was not bogus and the prices were reduced - but if its got to go its got to go.

Im having the same problem. Ive got 33 different items listed and i think i have been suspended. I dont have a clue why? Its annoying because potential buyers are sending me questions and i cant reply because i cant log in. Surely somebody should have contacted me before suspending me for no reason.

It could be due to mulitple listings - although your pics are different your headings are the same. Try to make slight alterations so they aren't all the same.

Yeah they have the same title but if you read the item description they are all different. For example.. smokeshirt champ, smokeshirt busy etc.. if i could log in then i would make alterations. Theres nothing i can do. The support is very poor on ebid, ive contacted the support team and left my mobile and landline number and email address and nobody has contacted me with an reason. Even if the just emailed me and stated the reason why i cant log in and then gave me access again i could rectify the problem.
