difficulty in getting items listed

I have on several occasions tried to upload my listings using the bulk uploader. I have over 3500 products I list on several different sites. So listing one at a time is not really an option. Since signing up for this site I have yet to get one listing posted. I have followed the instructions as posted and gone back over it numerous times. I have even used different email providers to send the files. I get no listings nor do I get any notice that the file was received or rejected. I am about to give up but thought I would take one more crack at somebody being able to tell me how to accomplish this task.

Your spreadsheets have been received and uploaded an different occasions. Your spreadsheets have errors in them and you should receive an error email each time we attempt the upload.

The reason you are not receiving our emails is due to your ISP comcast marking nearly all email originating from Europe as spam. Please contact your ISP and ask them to whitelist our servers.
