is anyone else having problems with bids being removed

i have had 2 problems with having bids on my items removed .is anyone else having the same problem.i still got charged because the bids were at the reserve price

I thought I had sold a mobile phone as I was emailed it met the reserve but then ebid have just emailed me to say THEY have removed the bid in my best interest! What's that all about????????/

the bidder was probably sum1 who was bidding on alot of auctions at one time.... new users can only bid on up to 4auctions (i think) at a time, so if they are bidding on alot of 'high priced' auctions then eBid does cancel their bids, after all it is to protect the seller....
As for being charged with it, email support and ask for it bk
