How loud do they have to have their TV???
The people downstairs from me have their TV on so loud that I can hear it over my music!!!! Which I put on to drown out the TV!
Noisy boogers, woke me up at about 9 this morning (VERY early for me!) by having a loud argument in the room below my bedroom - shouting and screaming and throwing furniture at each other
Anyone else have noisy/nuisance neighbours?

It also turned out that he was a voluntary mental patient at a local unit.
So, yes, I can sypathise with you, Rainy.
I have nuisance neighbours next door to me now, they have this 'orrible little dog that barks at anything and everything every hour of the morning and night.... he's usually my alarm clock!
He also jumps into my garden, and tries coming in through the back door....
The Ucking Farmer was Ucking about in his field next to my house at 6:30 am this morning with an Ucking great Tractor Contraption i wouldn't mind only its the 3rd morning he's been on there and
he has got at least 90 odd other Ucking fields to choose from !

I also hate dog walkers talking or Kicking Sh*t out of "Fido" for licking his Ballsright under my bedroom window !
