I'm sorry, but I think the most ugliest building in London is the Lloyds Building - I used to drive past it every night on the way to work and it is HORRID! Really industrial looking and reminds me of sardine cans!
Love it or hate, that building has been very popular with the movie makers. Various bits of it have been used in quite a few movies.
I believe it's also won awards too - but in what categories I couldn't say.
