Was it a new MINI, or a proper Mini? Had seven real minis in the past, and really miss them now, especially as I'm driving a Nissan Primera. One of the downsides to a family.....

You missed all the fun of a real Mini, especially in the rain - engine electrics cutting out every time you go through a puddle, scrabbling on the switch panel for the wipers, hand pump for the washers, water dripping on your knees through the scuttle....seems great fun now. BUT still the best car I've driven in over twenty years of motoring.
