Send Sellers a Question but got no answer

Hi Everyone

I have sent two sellers a simple question regarding their auctions, and have not had a reply. So I tested the system and sent myself a test question via one of my own auctions - guess what - I didn't get the test question email that I should have.

Is there a problem with the system or is it something I haven't done :?: :?: :?:

I had a buyer ask me a question from the site today and I got the email fine. Are you sure you've got a valid email address registered to receive the emails on?

Yes - it's - ebid@Chiptastic.com - definately works if I send myself an email - but doesn't if I send a message via one of my own auctions :cry:

Thanks Stu - it worked - via the site and via email, cannot understand why it did not work when I tried it.

Maybe the two questions I asked in other peoples auctions simply weren't answered - anyway - thanks for the advice re multiple auctions - shall'nt do it again..... :lol:
