Can't log in or contact helpdesk

Why can't I log in anymore I tried and it wouldn't accept my user name or password while I was logged in earlier today I clicked the refresh button and when it came back it said I had no auctions running but seconds before I had 81 running which had up to 6 days to run a fast response from you would be appreciated

thats the same reply I have read in everyones heading saying they cant log in is this a auto response? or the real reason
