Thread: Non Paying Bidders

  1. #1

    Angry Non Paying Bidders

Can We Please, Please, Please Have A Non Paying Bidder Reminder Link, Just Like We Have For Feedback Reminders.

If Someone Forgets To Send Feedback Then A Reminder Is Sent To Them To Do So.

So Why Can We Not Have The Same For Non Paying Bidders

    Thank you,
I am glad someone agrees with me. I have just had another two bids by someone with zero feedback rating. I emailed this person when they bid on my first item, and did not get a response. I emailed a second time, still no response and now this person has a total of three items due to be paid for. I have just emailed again tonight, so I will see if they respond.
The worrying thing is, this same person has bid on a total of 49 items off different sellers. I wonder if they same thing is happening to them. What if the person is a non paying bidder?????? What happens then???

Yes, It is the same guy! How many items has he bid on that need payment? I think the boys need to check this person out. It cannot go on. They are allowing all these non paying bidders to carry on ignoring emails and not paying. I think something has to be done NOW.

I for one will end up not allowing anyone with a zero rating to bid on my items, which is a shame for the genuine buyers out there.

Block him now or else he will bid on more of your items. I have emailed him again and still no response. Let the boys know, I have.

I have emailed the boys, I just hope they respond or else "dad2be" will keep on bidding on more items and get a way with not responding to emails left. Val when did he bid on your items? My first was on Thursday.

We'll Be Adding A Payment Reminder System In An Upcoming Software Update. Any Suggestions That We Should Add?

A message that says "Pay Now or Be Suspended" might be the only thing that really works based on my experience with 300+ non paying bidders on efleabay over the years.

A large percentage of non payers usually ignore the 'non paying bidder warning' emails they are sent and only respond/offer to pay once they receive a "strike"/black mark against their record
