    Angry Problems relisting

Is anyone having the same problem as me? I can't relist items that have closed. Can anyone help?

Gary, take your pick it's every closed auction that I have tried to relist, but this is one #1108772993-28182-0 . Have you changed the relisting format? I wanted to change description information and everything is different. I have managed to relist one of the closed auctions, but the extra work involved was unbelievable.

I have now sorted it out with the help of the support team. Most of my auctions have now been relisted. I just wish that we had been advised of the format change, then I would have known what the problem was immediately.

    What format change?

Everything I try to relist is getting screwed up and the formatting is being chopped and changed by the system.

    Hi low biddy

I think that problem is coming from the same cause as the problems I've described, even though it's a completely different symptom

Proves the coding needs examined though.

The only thing I can think of with your problems is changing from WYSIWYG to text mid stream, or vice versa. I type all mine out in text first and then paste them into the text box. This seems to be working fine for me. I only had problems when Iwas using the WYSIWYG box. I hope that this helps.

Haven't tried using it in html text only - the switch over link isn't obvious enough for a blind old coot like me

Before they changed it, I would design everything in MS FrontPage then copy and paste the html into eBid - was so pleased that they'd introduced the editor and a bigger editing window, that I haven't tried using the old method again

......still having problems using the spreadsheet - damn thing is refusing to email to eBid as an attachment.
