Can anyone explain to me why it is when I click on E-bid's 'Contact Us' I end up on the Help Page even though I actually was on the Help Page in the first place?

Th would appear the people who actually run E-Bid do not want to be bothered by our E-Mails !

Because that's exactly where you are supposed to be.

Take a look at the right hand side of the page once you've repeated your above steps.

Correct. You are supposed to raise your issue in the appropriate forum and only contact them directly as a last resort.
