Well maybe this link can help:

    http://www.cnib.ca/score/score2000/p...od/recipes.htm

It covers such delicacies as Koala Casserole, Wombat roast, Kangeroo pie and more exciting, dinner time dishes.

    lol !!!
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm wombat roast It's making me hungry.... I think the "strangest" food I have eaten (knowingly anyway) was buffalo burger - very odd.. really strong tasting... bought from tescos would you believe... at the time they also had ostrich steak which was really quite nice (and very low in fat too!) And also kangaroo, although they stopped doing their freaky foods before I could try a bit of roo....

There is a Fishmonger at the bottom end of Windsor. He sells loads of peculiar frozen stuff including meat from crocodiles, alligators, Emus, Ostriches, Buffalo and Kangaroo. I've had kangaroo tail soup. My sister brought some tins of it from Australia. It tasted like Oxtail to me. I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't think i'd want any of that lot. As long as I have eggs, cheese and fish, meat doesn't really appeal to me.
