Thread: How Can I Get A Reply From Ebid ????????

    Unhappy How Can I Get A Reply From Ebid ????????

    I have been contacting support at Ebid for weeks with a problem that Im having. My member ID is 'Newbreed' but when I go on to forum it shows me as a different member thats no longer registered.
    Ebid will not respond to my problem or send me a ticket number to even say the matter is being dealt with.
    When I first signed up on 10th May and complained about this they did respond to say that I should log in under 'newbreed'?
    Thats what I did do and have done now.
    Anyone else get this problem?
    Oh and before they stall for more time and ask for previous contacts, here is the ticket number related to the issue from 13 May 2005.

    From looking on the forums it seems that those that have paid for their life membership get less response than those that are paying shorter term. I hope I'm mistaken on this.

    Wink oversight?

    My son paid for a month and had success with getting responces from Ebid support. Based on his experience I paid a fee and joined for life and get no support. I can only base my thought on my own experience, however Im sure your right and it is some kind of oversight.

    I must say I'm a little confused. Are you Newbreed or Virtual bootsale or both?


    lol..... I meant to ask the first time and besides it bumps this thread to the top of the pile.... more likely to get picked up

    Hmmm wonder if there's a glitch then... I sent an email to support@ebid.tv on Monday and didn't get a ticket ref no, definitely the right address cos I've just been and checked.... will resend it then... look forward to getting me number

    If they didnt get my email then how did I receive this ticket number?

    Ive sent it again so we will see what happens.
