Ebid will not respond to my problem or send me a ticket number to even say the matter is being dealt with.
When I first signed up on 10th May and complained about this they did respond to say that I should log in under 'newbreed'?
Thats what I did do and have done now.
Anyone else get this problem?

From looking on the forums it seems that those that have paid for their life membership get less response than those that are paying shorter term. I hope I'm mistaken on this.
