Not quite a suggestion, but, when I send off a spreadsheet I get a reply:

"Just a quick note to tell you your auctions have been uploaded are are now live. They may take up to an hour to appear on cateory pages but should be visible via searching immediately."

I'm not a very careful typer myself but I spotted a mistyped "category"

OK. Could you please change the eBid Store spellings as well, please? 'Setup your title, description and <I>colors</I>', etc, at least for those territories not using US English.

Here's why:
If you've not got an eye for the small details, people will think "why would they even bother to get the big things right?"
