It's Not working or nearly

I am trying to support ebid but they are going slowly the way of ebay!!!! I remember the good old days when you could speak to someone by telephone, when I was told that as a spammer had ruined auctions I would have fees shown as owed deleted. Ebid mails me on a regular basis telling me to update my credit card which I am reluctant to do as they keep billing me £16 since the year dot. I have mailed them (no reply) posted on here (got deleted) as I suppose this will!
AQnother problem is how can somebody with -5 or more still be allowed to bid on auctions as can be found on the site by checking bidders feedback. Who is going to place auctions knowing that any moron can bid without the slightest intent on paying.

Another problem is how can somebody with -5 or more still be allowed to bid on auctions as can be found on the site by checking bidders feedback. Who is going to place auctions knowing that any moron can bid without the slightest intent on paying.

People with -2 get stopped from bidding.
Other people can still leave them f/b, so those other negs were probably from item bids from weeks previously.

Seems ebid removed all of the bidders current bids but still haven't given me a zero owed since 1805 so that I can update my card?

Thanks for the reply after I sent the ref number of the e mail you supposedly didn't get?
Not happy with the offer to refund the £16 if I spend £16 as it was a fee for seeing under bidders details in auction.
Why would I want to see under bidders when I already sold the item???????????????????
