I to have tried without much success to launch a store can't get beyond upload ! very frustrating what am I doing wrong?

Make sure you add a store title, description, change your colours and click submit.

Change the status to "online" and click submit.

Upload a banner/logo of 310w x 90h pixels...

Create at least one store cateogry.

Now when you start a new auction, edit and auction or repost an auction you will see a drop down menu with your store catgeries in that you can allocate the auction to.

Well my shop is now open ..... thanks to the help from Mrscheeks lol as I am a thicko when it comes to these things

Well I am well impressed only had the shop up and running this evening and at last peeps are looking at my auctions where as before i had no views for weeks, just hope things sell now lol

just getting to grips with my store and can't change the Logo/Banner.... the first one I uploaded just to see what it looked like (it was way too big) but my new and improved one is most definitely and most certainly 310 X 90 but I don't seem to be able to replace the old fat squidgy one (ay!)

any ideas??

The only way i could change my banner was to close the window down after uploading the new one even though it doesnt show it, then opened a new window went back into it and it had changed not sure why but it worked for me, fingers crossed for you

My problem is that my banner is a transparent gif - that stops being transparent when uploaded to the stores....

Any ideas around this?
