    hi i won an item on ebid and paid for it with paypal on the 24th of february, the seller emailed me and said he would post it straight away, i still havent received it, (march 10) it cost me £7.00 for deliver it was only a football shirt, i have emailed the seller 6 times he replied once and said he sent it a while ago and he would contact mail company and get back to me, that was 4th march, he has not replied to any emails since, what do i do?

    take it up with PayPal.
    Log in to PayPal, click resolution center, then file a claim against the seller.

    I agree do as tonymaclennan says, if that fails, then also contact your credit/debit card company e.g. Barclays, Halifax, goldfish etc who will get your money back, I did this and they were more helpful than paypal.

    i bought a gold ring once and paid £5.00 postage presuming it was gonna be special delivery or something
    turned up in a flipping NORMAL envelope and 2nd class stamp pmsl..........mind i only paid 3.00 for it on front page so all in all was worth it


    i think when sellers get the money they want they should email the buyer and say you can have it at actual p and p.....that would be fair i think......
