There are changes to Royal Mail postal charges effective 7 April 2005.

I do send stuff out on "other sites" - it appears that by using mixed postage stamps to the 2nd class price - RM can not differentiate, and packets are usualy delivered as 1st class.

Worth bulk buying 1st class stamps before the changes com ein to effect anyway.

No hoping, I buy books of 1st class stamps - I like the self-adhesive qualities - they are marked "1st Class".
