    Thumbs down Get Your Act Together..

    and improve support. I originally thought support was good. Now i have had trouble with non-paying bidders and emailed eBid about the fees but about a week on and 2 emails sent I have still not received a reply.
    I hope you will rep;y to this thread but I would be so lucky.
    Im thinking of giving up and leaving eBid and staying with eBay, who actually reply to emails.

    I have to say that eBay do NOT reply to emails very quickly!!! I am a Powerseller there, supposed to have "priority" support...I still have to wait at least 48 hours for response! Before I was a PS, average waiting time was 3-5 days for any kind of reply, and even when I did/do get one, it's usually addresses nothing to do with my problem...

    Having said that - have you checked that the email address you are using is the correct one? Have you tried PMing Mark?
