Can anybody tell me I have had a sale on one of my items,
when I go into myebid in auctions sold succesfully the item I have sold is there, how come it now says that the item has been paid for does anybody else have access to changing the status to paid, I only ask as I did not change the status to paid as I have not received the monies yet although they have said that they have sent a cheque, can the buyer change this status to paid if so how, should it not be down to me once I have received the payment.

Not sure what to do, what if I do not get the cheque could the buyer go to ebid and say they have paid for the Item, and according to the payment status it shows that they have paid.

The buyer can mark their record as "paid" and unfortunately that makes the item show as "paid" in the seller's records to. Not a good feature of the upgrade

If that's the case, then the seller should be allowed to mark it Paid or Unpaid...which I can't work out how to do...

Well THAT has to change if that's the case! Should NOT be left to the BUYer to make a record of payment but to the seller, the recipient of said payment!

When I open a closed auction there is a box which says

You are currently waiting for payment from [userid] for this auction
Fill in a brief description of how they make payment to you..cheque number, transaction id, date, time etc

I think it's something to do with the PPPay integration.
