Received paypal payment but item is still for sale and not showing as sold

Yesterday i received a paypal payment for item (Tattoo Magazine #149 January 2002 Donny Manco Damian Leigh Cuban Skin on eBid
Product ID: 227553042)
But the item is showing still for sale and not sold, https://www.ebid.net/uk/for-sale/977...-227553042.htm
I am really confused?

I have just sold another magazine and that has gone through as normal so i am a bit stumped, do i end the above magazine and just post it to the guy in the USA to his paypal address which is the only option i have, I can't even contact him as i don't know his username on here, I have contacted customer support and await their help but i hate leaving comms so long after someone has purchased something

if you go to the payment on paypal that shoould have their email - [they might have just seen the auction and gone direct through paypal]

Thank you for that, i have found his email address and contacted him asking him to confirm the purchase as its not showing on Ebid, if he confirms i can print a label and add tracking on the paypal payment, Support don't seem to see anything wrong just told me to check my payment preferences but its not that but its probably the only help i will get lol

The Guy has confirmed that he tried to purchase the item but the website glitched out on him so he paid through paypal adding all the item number and info,
Ebid don't seem to have a clue
It can be hard work on here sometimes when things go wrong support doesn't seem to know or have a decent answer, I could go on but i wont
