CAN ANYONE HELP AS TO WHY THIS HAPPENED TO MY CUSTOMER

I have no explanation for why she has been blocked especially as she has successfully bought and paid for the purchase.

I would ask her where the message came from as a start and where she saw the message, in the ASL, Ebid messages, or an email ?

Perhaps she's unfamiliar with the site and confused ?
