trying to learn how to list using my phone ( i know you all gonna say its easy ) thought it might be easier if there was a app that i could use like over there as finally decided the time as come to deplete a load of cards , can do it easy over there on phone , if theres any quick ways etc. to teach me let me know

It wasn't there when I looked a few months ago. There are other places you can download a several years old version, but I didn't fancy trying that in case it had been hacked. Or in case I'd be missing out on a much improved later version... hahaha ROFL!

It prompted me to figure out how to set up a share on my pc and use a file manager on my Android phone to get photos to the desktop quickly. There I can easily rotate and crop them if necessary. Though Lord knows why ebid don't offer those features within My Gallery, but [sigh]. So now I have a good way to list here using the desktop, and indeed any other sites that I decide to use as well. (As others have said, with changes to titles, so as not to be creating duplicate listings which impacts search).

As part of this, instead of sticking with the filenames IMGnnnnnnnnnn.jpg that only mean a not very useful date/time, I rename my photos, e.g. ikea-boxes-01.jpg, ikea-boxes-02.jpg, ... I've no idea if Windows makes that easy, but in Nautilus it's just a few keystrokes to rename a whole group of files and auto-number them like that. Isn't Linux wonderful! You Windows suckers, you could probably run Nautilus (and a lot of other good software) by using WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), which shows that Microsoft are at last seeing the light!

Just checked and the mobile app is there on google play, just checked on my laptop and my phone and its definitely there

Not on my phone, I just checked. My phone is about 3 years old, perhaps it needs to be newer?

Why would you want the app on a laptop? Isn't the browser method of using the site adequate? What's the benefit?

I Haven't got the app on my laptop i checked for the app on it then checked on my phone and the app shows on google play for me on both, I use my laptop for ebid and ebay, i really only use the Ebid app on my phone when i have to find sold items out from my garage
