How to delete a question or message?

Hi everyone, is it possible to delete questions on listings? I feel this should be so obvious that I'm overlooking how to do it!!

I see the Ignore but guessing that only makes it invisible to me? Or report a member maybe? Would that get their messages removed?

Anyway, reason is 'SupportAndre' just left a question/message on one of my listings that with all the lovely spelling mistakes and an L for ebid's i in the link, is phishing that I'd really like gone before a potential buyer sees it!

it's a spammer. i've had one and you can tell immediately with the spelling mistakes. but what gives it away is where they say cory, sorry, copy and paste into the browser. i'm ignoring it. to get rid of it, just tick ignore and then update.

They've been targetting us quite a lot in the last few weeks, some quite sophisticated methods as well. We're adding more checks and may have to put some restrictions on brand new users sending messages which we don't want to do.

I'm sorry to hear this, and it must be giving you a lot of work. On the plus side, I guess it confirms that the site is getting more popular. \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/

from the looks of it they seem to be targeting new sellers, only trouble for them is that most of us have come from other sites and check with others if we think it is a scam e mail. Used to get a fair few on the other E site though as well, just have to keep awake

Not just new sellers, looks to me like all sellers with something of reasonable value

I reported it yesterday on one of my listings. eBid removed the question within an hour or so.
