How long do sales get kept for?

I was just looking at my sales and noticed some earlier ones have gone missing.

Does the system only keep sales for so long, please?

I know that they do disappear from Sales at some point but I've never counted how long. My last sale was on 16/5 (37 days ago) and is still visible, the one before on 4/3 (110 days ago) has gone.

However, you can get all the details of transactions (except photos) from the After Sales Log via My Feedback. On my account that goes back to 2013.

Apart from giving an accurate "Sales Count" it's another good reason to always leave your buyers FB.

Kept for 90 days.

Notice the two export buttons on the Listings I ran tab.

They Download a CSV file and you can import them into MS Excel or LibreOffice Calc. That may give you a permanent data record of your historic sales.
