Paypal payment not working why?

I'm having a problem paying for an item this morning. Keep getting the error "things don't appear to be working at the moment". Not sure who is at fault ebid or paypal, I've sent a ticket to ebid support and will wait to hear from them.

Funnily enough I've just got one that hasn't paid yet and has the extremely dumb 1 hour to pay, sometimes people like to secure something when out etc to then pay when they get home.

I've tried paying on both my windows 7 & 11 machines, same error on both. Support were no help they believe it's the sellers fault. I've asked the seller for a direct paypal address or their BACs details.

Another error this morning. Now paid them directly through paypal as they were kind enough to send me their paypal address.

I unchecked that option as it does not give the buyer any time to pay and with things not working right I want to know who purchases and when and have the ability to contact them to see if there are issues with payment
