Default to New Listings in Stores

Is there any way to get the landing page in the store to default to New listings rather than the first listings that were uploaded ?

Or even better a way to constantly rotate listings ?

If you go to the eBid store configuration page under the category 'Default Sort Order' one of the options is 'Start time most recent'
