Hey there books!
Great to hear from you - it's been quite a while since we had a chin-wag! Hope all is well with you - how's your son doing - is he still working on the garden project at the centre?

Some bostin' choons there, just getting the talcum powder out to sprinkle on the kitchen floor to do me Northern Soul dancing routine!
All OK here - although I do have to admit to struggling with ole JR's lameness. He has osteoarthritis in both ankles. He spends much of his time in his chair as it is so painful to put his (considerably large) weight on his ankles.
Sad as we cannot do what we used to do - no more holidays to foreign countries- I sooo miss my beloved Spanish hols! I don't think we could make it up to Great Yarmouth now!

I'm still battling with Bronchiectasis and Polycythemia, I have periods of being absolutely washed out and have to retire to me pit to recover. As my old mum used to say " Creaking gates hang the longest" so I take each day as it comes and enjoy life - I reckon a few glasses of the good stuff for a nightcap works wonders! ... doesn't cure anything but sure makes me feel better!

Looking forward to the summer, I hate the horrible cold and dark winter months, being of a tropical nature! SO cold here with winds from the North - such a shock from the lovely weather we had last week.
