Unable to load pictures prior to listing

As of 5/10/25 9:07 PM EST USA I am still not able to download pictures from my computer. . Also I am still not able to reach eBid help to complain or get help I am getting very fustrated no being able to contact eBid to get help. It has been over 4 days since this problem has started and not a word from eBid.

The "glitch" has evolved here in Australia (5/11/25 2:29PM EST AUS) with individual files queued for uploading now displaying a yellow exclamation mark and explanatory caption "HTTP error". Previously there was a green tick, even if the file had failed to load.

I managed to list 6 images this morning ok but then when I tried to add 8 more only 3 uploaded and those didnt transfer to the listing. I just had a broken file symbol. It is very irritating.

It seems to be all we can do at the moment. Yesterday I managed to upload 60+ before it failed. This morning I managed 20. Hopefully the "powers that be" are close to solving the problem.

I'd read this thread so when I started my Sunday morning listing I tried to do the photos first.

I put the file numbers on the up-loader OK, clicked 'Begin Up-Load' and the numbers disappeared.

I'll try again tomorrow.

I have manages to upload a picture and add to the listing but it does not show if I sumit the listing, tearing my hair out iF I had any

It is happening again. I was just having good luck downloading pictures then eBid just stopped downloading pictures again. I am ready to tear my hair out. It has has been 5 days this has been going on. The problem really needs to resolved for good.

I've just listed the item I tried to list yesterday and didn't have any problems up-loading photos. Either on the listing form or to my PYA thread.
I used the Advanced Uploader for the first few pictures and then the Simple Uploader to add one more to the listing.

Could the problem be something as simple as the site being busier than usual ? Today I started the listing form before 8 a.m, yesterday sometime nearer to mid-day ?

I have just managed to upload 30 pictures with no problem but when attempting to make a listing the page sticks when getting to 'proceed to preview stage and wont list. more frustation.
