This is really becoming a problem now. I did have a reply from the Team, with a link to an uploader they suggest. This seems to be the same as the usual one though, which hasn't been working for me.
I've had a few specialist sales here so far, and I'm happy to commit to ebid at this point. Obviously I don't know what problems ebid are having behind the scenes, but now would be a really good time to get everything working for the influx of people coming over from oBey. Maybe this is what's caused the problem? Who knows.
Still got problems please get this sorted as i need to list my new items

Perhaps, before blaming eBid for these problems we should keep in mind that Cyber attacks have/are affecting Co-op, M & S and other businesses. Last week, my order from Tesco had items missing on the invoice, but when the order arrived the items were included and I wasn't charged. I phoned the next day to say I had received items I hadn't been charged for and was told they wouldn't charge for them - when I asked how it could happen was told that is was an IT problem with all alcohol items, That must have cost Tesco a huge amount, but I haven't seen any mention of this anywhere!
So just think that eBid are doing their best and it isn't something they would ignore.
Just managed to add 18 pictures to my gallery it took 3 attempts but try uploading to your gallery first rather than when listing an item, Just a thought
I have tried that markbut it is rather hit or miss, manage 5 yesterday but only 3 today
I've not had a problem uploading to My Gallery, but I've only loaded a very few images, so not a worthwhile report.
What I don't understand is why support aren't posting here, to reassure us they're on the case. I've returned here after a number of years absence. Like so many, driven away from *bay due to their stupid changes. In the old days someone, usually Gazza, would post in this forum so we knew what was happening. People will forgive a lot if they know there are real efforts being made and we're not being ignored.
Anyone posting a support ticket (mail to support@ebid.net), please also mention if there are other people with the same problem and that the forums would benefit from a follow up by support.

As of 5/10/25, I was able download pictures until I could not. I am still having problem downloading pictures. eBid does not response to any of my email for help. I am listing items tell the viewer the right picture will be coming soon(HOPEFULLY).
