still no reply
they killed the buyers account and the asl is not there - nothing to reflect the sale - no ability to leave feedback to recover the fee
Go to 'My Fees and Invoices' LH column of the page, if you have been charged a fee from the sale it will show there and that would be the record of the sale to persue with the 'contact us' team. If there is nothing there to reflect the sale then you have not been charged
