Unable to load pictures prior to listing

Users, the problem is not your PC tablet or browsers. It is a server problem maintained by eBid.

It has been a problem off and on since at least 16th April 2025, when it was first reported on other threads. Now it seems pretty much world wide around the eBid sites, as the issues seem to affect users from outside the UK as well.

Another "me too" post. I am able to select image files and add them to the upload queue in my gallery and/or the new listing form but clicking the "Start upload" button results in nothing being uploaded. This has been an intermittent problem for a couple of weeks but is now constant.

I have contacted support.

Anybody had an official response about this problem yet?

I just tried again. Managed to upload the pics with no trouble this time, and the listing's OK. Hopefully that's the end of the trouble, because one of the main things I've always liked about Ebid is it's relative stability. A bit more communication from the management would be nice though, even if it's just something on the lines of: "We know there's a problem and we're working on it."

I don't think that is the end of it. Its still fully broken for me.

Like you say, some sort of acknowledgement from support that a problem even exists would be nice!

I managed to upload about 12 pictures into my gallery before it went down AGAIN. Information would be nice, knowing that someone is trying to resolve the issue.

Looks like I spoke too soon, it's happening again. This needs sorting out!

It's not just the upload of files that's the problem; I have listed items that would usually attract views, but nothing even after 5 days, also items sold on the 4/5/2025 by a reliable overseas regular go unpaid.
I have put a post on all my listings advising that eBid are having technical issues, as I have made many requests to eBid for a response, but nothing.
