Store will not stay online

My Ebid store will not stay online for more than two days. I have to keep going back and resetting it. I sent 3 messages to "contact" and received no resonse. Store is New England Tire, username chfisher2004.

The store will go off-line if there is nothing listed in it. My guess is that is where the problem lies.

Put something in the store that you will not change (or sell) and see if that keeps the store open?

Yes, at least three times. They never responded.

There are about 80 items in the store.

Most curious, the store is there but there is nothing in it, which may account for why it goes off line. It could be because of the nature of the stuff you are selling that a 'permission' needs to be opened somewhere

Suggest you try adding the one car part you are selling to see if stays visible

Also suggest that as an experiment you place your store under a different catagory, as your listed catagory requires permissions to view

I think what @Stnenopmoc is right.
I think it is what you have listed "ADULT" items.

I could see your listings by clicking on your forum profile.
I can see that you are a platinum member , so you can have shops.
But . . .

when I clicked on one of your magazines and saw that you are under Everything Else - ADULT,
I clicked to the link to ADULT items.
I scrolled down the rows of stuff and started to see some of the other sellers ID and clicked on them.
They, too, are under Everything Else - ADULT and they, too have platinum memberships.

SO . . . I think that you can't open a store with just ADULT items, but they are listed out there.

Might have to do some more clicking on the other sellers to see how many of them have platinum membership.
I did see at lease 3 of them did, but no store.

I see BIGKIDSATTIC that has 3 stores, but they have regular items for sale in those stores, but this seller has ADULT items that are not in the stores, but just listed.

The store shows 79 "live" listings. When I click on one it takes me to a page for age verification. I click on "I am over 18" and it takes me to the listing. I'm missing something here.

Okay, I went into My Ebid Stores and changed the parent category to the above. I deleted all the tire categories. Maybe that will help?

I unfortunately haven't a clue.
My "Adult" items are trading cards listed as "Adult" in my Trading cards store. But the cards themselves are in the site category's:
Whatever's Left - Adult - Collectibles - Adult Trading Cards
They only problem I had with listing them was when I first started by just placing them in the site's "Trading Cards - Other" section. They were removed/flagged as being in the wrong category. So I put the in the correct one and had no problems since.

I've just looked at the setting up a store, and parent category would be "Whatever's Left". and subcategory would be "Adult"
So if that's how the store is set up, I can't see why it would close after 2 days.

Hi, I am having a similar problem, all of my listings, about 2,000, vanished. Not in active or completed and I do not have a store. How did you get yours to come back? was it just from changing the category in your store or did you have to do something else?
