Is there a "free local pickup" option on ebid?

I don't see it, but I could be blind. I have some heavy things like an HP z820 that could easily tip the scales at 60 pounds. Shipping via UPS for a regular Joe could tip the scales at north of $100 rather easily, especially if they pack it. That amount of shipping, for someone that lives an hour or so away, makes picking it up worth the trip. I can't find a way to enable "free local pickup."

By "free local pickup" I don't mean I drive it to their door for free, I mean they come get it. I might drive to the nearest town and meet in a very public place to load it into their vehicle, but I'm certainly not driving to their door.

it is in the drop down menu for shipping at the very bottom of the list "collection in person"

I use it as one of the options because, living in London, millions of people are within reach on public transport. But it is very rare someone will use it, more likely someone pays postage, and I hand deliver, same day delivery, to save money and get some exercise.
