Our Wisteria was well established when we bought this house. Indeed, it was one of the things that made us choose it!

As the house is about 1980, it may be 40 years old. I must ask the previous owner if I see him (they moved within our town and then away, but return now and then)

    Had some beautiful days.

Busy with work and gardening work.
    * So far, I have 3 clients gardens weeded and planters planted. ( one of the gardens was 17 hours of work )
    * Presently working on the 4th client's garden. So far I have 10 hours in. The woods that I turned into a garden last year needs lots of weeding and to get roots out from last year's dormant plants when creating this garden.
    * I have another huge weeding to do after this one. about 90% of the yard are gardens.
    * Then I have a neighbor that wanted some help. I already went down there to spray the grass. There is no way of getting a shovel in this stuff in order to make this garden pleasing.
    * Just got a call from the neighbor that needs help identifying plants when I did a makeover for her gardens 4 years ago.

    * Plenty of mowing my yard and down at the farm.
    * Just got 50 replacement arborvitae trees to plant. ( Hopefully there will be some rain this week to water them in more )

Still fighting with the wood chuck and the back of my garage. So far, no activity for a week. I think I have all the places plugged up so that he can't dig under the garage.

I have a pile of items to list on my websites and on eBid.

Boy, it would be nice to have some free time so that I can replace my mower blades and the muffler.

Milo, the neighbor's tom cat, is starting to "summer" at my place.

Another sale on eBid and a sale on my website.

Spent 4 more hours at my client's home. Working on weeding the wooded garden.

Then quick went down to the farm to get some spraying done.

Then I went over to the neighbors and started weeding her gardens for a couple of hours.
Her health insurance stop paying for chiropractor work that was helping her back.

Now home for the night. Pet and fed Milo.
Harassed my cats for a while.
    Got something to eat.
Saw the sales and got them pack and ready to ship tomorrow.
And I think I have some time to sleep.

    Yesterday was wet and dreary.
I did have the day off and did almost nothing, but got some extra sleep.
I did plant the 50 replacement arborvitae trees, and made a trip to a neighboring town to purchase an item.

All the rain barrels are full and more rain to come today.
The trees will get a good watering in with the rain.

Plan on going to do some more weeding at the client's home before the next bout of rain.

The former owner of our house tells me that the Wisteria went in in about 1995 so it's almost 30 years old.

We have been having quite a few wet and rainy days.

I did manage to weed 2 more of my neighbor's gardens. I only have one more left that has tons of bulbs that need to be removed.

I did manage to get some pictures of the gardens.

Snow in the summer, oriental poppies and lupine.

The pair of sandhill cranes are back and I just spotted that they have a baby . . . No, they have twins.
Hopefully, both of the babies will make it without being attacked by coyotes.
Barely got this picture, that they were so quick. The dad was irritated with me.

    Manage to have a day off . . . .
    . . . due to rain.

I managed to list another 20 new items on eBid.

I did get the neighbor's gardens weeded and started on another neighbor, down the road, her gardens started.

The bridal wreath, mock orange bushes, lilacs and peonies are done or almost done blooming.

The painted daisies are going - full bloom

What a lovely display of Sweet William!

We just don't get two days the same at the moment - sunny yesterday - dull today.

Busy, busy, busy . . . working on client's gardens.

    Client's 1, 2, 3, and 4 are done.
#5, I am waiting for some spray to kill off the grass and finish planting it.

#6, It's back and forth in filling in the "woods" garden, filling in new plants in the waterfall terrace and more . . . .

#7, I spent 3 days. There are a bunch of baby oak trees that sprouted throughout the upper level. They are so hard to pull out. Plotting out some fill in plants to bring down the road when I get the rest of the gardens done.
( This client has 90% of the yard in gardens )

I still have #8 that haven't been started.

Had a few sales on eBid. YEAH

    Had a couple of mishaps.
#1 I have a "U" drive. Part of it is in grass and the other in gravel.
I decided to enter the drive through the grass and park on the gravel late 2 nights ago.
In the morning, I was working on the computer before going to work and I see the front of my truck with a pair of fuzzy legs underneath.
OMGoodness. I thought I hit Milo, the outside cat.
I quick opened the window and yelled out to MILO.
He woke up. Whewwww ! He has been missing me in the morning before I go to work to get his hugs. He decided to be able to hear me this morning by laying under the truck.

#2 Was washing my hair and I hear the funniest squeeking, chirping noise.
I recognize the noise to a certain point, but then I had the tv on.
Stopped and listened to this noise again.
Finished washing my hair and got my glasses on when I see on the floor a big blob.
I walked towards the blob and I see Fletcher sitting to the side and realized

    he caught a BAT.

Took an emptied ice cream bucket and put it on top of it and slid a piece of cardboard to take it outside.

    Yup !
    Nothing happens at my house.
